Your purchase belongs to your Apple ID or Google account, not to the app, so it can always be recovered. Open the purchase screen and tap "Restore purchase". Isal also restores automatically when the store reports that you already own it. If nothing comes back, check that you are signed in with the same account you used to buy it, then write to us.
No. Isal Pro is a one-time purchase, valid for life, with no monthly or annual fee. You pay once and every future update is included.
The QR code is only added when three conditions are met: your default currency is set to SAR, ZATCA mode is switched on in the settings, and the seller name and the 15-digit VAT number are filled in. If any of them is missing the QR is simply left out — the rest of the invoice is unaffected.
Yes, entirely. Creating a document, calculating the totals, building the PDF and generating the ZATCA QR code all happen on your device. Isal has no account and no cloud, so it works on a plane, in a basement or in a shop with no Wi-Fi.
The free tier covers 3 documents in total — invoices and receipts combined — with no time limit, so you can take as long as you like to try them. After the third one, Isal Pro unlocks unlimited documents.
Your invoices, your customers and your company details stay on your phone. Nothing is uploaded, there is no account and no cloud sync, so we cannot read your documents even if we wanted to. See the privacy policy for the detail.
